CyberSecurityBase, Inc. (“CSB”, “we” “our”) is pleased to share a little more about the data we hold, how we use that data, and the best place to ask us any questions on this. CSB is a consulting practice that provides professional services and training. The majority of the data we hold are related to businesses that work with us.

Businesses: Organizations that we partner with in a professional services engagement.

The lawful basis for processing any personal data is to fulfill our obligations under a contract. We do not use personal data for any automated decision-making or profiling. CSB will only process data as described above.
CSB will only share data when necessary to carry out our responsibilities related to professional services or direct training engagements. In the event any data is shared with a service provider, it will be pursuant to an agreement with CSB, which contains confidentiality obligations to protect such data. In the spirit of being open and transparent, these are the types of service providers that support us:
- Software-as-a-service solutions: Internet-based tools providing email, project management, communication, and payment processing services.
- Partners: Employees and consultants that are supporting CSB’s client engagements pursuant to an agreement with obligations of confidentiality.
